Accessibility

Each Guided Tour is accessible for one wheelchair with lift access throughout the attraction. If you have any accessibility needs, please speak to our Reservations Team prior to placing a booking. You can call them on 01904 527765 or email [email protected]. For those with accessibility requirements we recommend booking in advance. Without an advance booking guests may need to wait a considerable time to start a tour.

Unfortunately we do not have a wheelchair lift available to access our downstairs function room where our Chocolate Masterclasses are held (this applies to all seasonal masterclasses too i.e summer masterclass).  We do however have wheelchair access on our 1st floor where our VIP Chocolate Masterclasses take place.
