Halloween Events

Are you ready for Halloween? Alongside our standard tours, we are thrilled to present three incredibly spooky events for you and your family to enjoy. These include a Halloween Tour & Truffle Rolling, a Trick or Treat Trek, and a Halloween Family Masterclass. Immerse yourself in the excitement of fun and spooky Halloween activities while creating fabulous and ghoulish chocolate creations. Get ready for a memorable and thrilling Halloween experience!

1. Trick or Treat Trek

Join us for a thrilling adventure as we embark on a spine-chilling tour around the city, immersing you in the spirit of Halloween. Prepare to be captivated by a series of engaging activities, including exhilarating Halloween games and indulging in delectable chocolate samples. This is an experience you simply cannot afford to miss. As an added bonus, the individual with the most impressive costume will be rewarded with a special prize.

This experience includes:

• Tour around York city with approx 5 delectable chocolate and sweet samples, including a chocolate mouse.
• Engaging and inclusive games for children to enjoy alongside their parents, featuring water guns, hand puppets, and a mummifying activity.
• A chocolate treat for the winner of the best Halloween costume.

Price: Adult: £10, Child: £15. All children up to 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. All attendees must purchase a ticket.
Availability: 28th & 29th Oct 30th at 1.15pm – 2.45pm (1 per day). 30th & 31st Oct between 1.15pm – 2.45pm  & 4.15pm – 5.45pm (2 per day)
Duration: This experience is 1hr 30 mins.

Adults can only book with a child present (this is a children’s activity). Children age is 0-15.

2. Halloween Family Masterclass

Join our costumed chocolatier for a spooktacular Halloween experience! Our Halloween Masterclass promises to leave you with frighteningly impressive skills as you create a variety of both gruesome and delectable treats. Get ready to roll up some chilling chocolate truffles and master the art of piping techniques, all while inscribing your name on top of a tasty chocolate coffin.

This experience includes:

• A variety of engaging chocolate-making activities,  including crafting your very own miniature chocolate coffin.
• Test your luck by spinning the wheel for a chance to win a tantalising, chocolate Halloween treat. Will it be a trick or a treat?
• Indulge in a scrumptious cup of hot chocolate, prepared to perfection.

Price: £29.95 per person. All children up to 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. All attendees must purchase a ticket.
Availability: 30th Oct, 1st & 3rd November between 2pm – 3.30pm (1 per day).

3. Halloween Tour & Truffle Rolling

Enhance your spine-chilling tour by indulging in an extraordinary chocolate-making adventure! This spooky encounter offers an additional 15 minutes of immersive hands-on chocolate making. Unleash your inner chocolatier as you roll, dip, and decorate four ghostly truffles using an array of tantalising chocolate toppings.

This experience includes:

• Additional 15 minutes of hands-on chocolate making.
• Roll, dip and decorate 4x ghostly truffles in a mixture of chocolate toppings.
• Package and seal your finished creations to take home with you to enjoy.

Price: Adult: £23.50, Child: £21. All children up to 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. All attendees must purchase a ticket.
