Chocolate Sundays
- 20% standard tour admission (walk-ins only).
- Valid photo ID proving York residence must be supplied.
- One discounted admission will be issued per valid York photo ID.

Carer Discount
- Valid carer photo identification must be shown on arrival.
- In order to qualify for our carers ticket, the carer must provide that they are named as the paid guest’s registered carer.
- The documents we accept that we accept as proof are: Carers card, Carers Allowance Letter of Award (and proof of ID), Disability Living Allowance Letter (DLA).
- One discounted admission is valid per booking, with a full paying guest.
- All online bookings must include the free carer ticket, carers can not be added on to separate or complete order. .
