Before you Book
Book Online
We highly recommend booking especially during busy school holidays when our tours tend to fill up fast. However, if you find yourself in the area and want to check availability on the spot, feel free to drop by! It’s the perfect opportunity to indulge in one of our delicious hot chocolates while you wait.
Tour Duration
Our classic Guided Tour lasts between 1hr and 1hr 15 minutes. The Tour & Truffle Rolling experience lasts up to 1hr 30 minutes. All other experience durations can be found on our dedicated event pages.
Age Recommendations
We recommend the Guided Tour for guests aged 4 and above. We offer free entry to children under 4 years old.
Opening times
Our usual opening times are between 10-5pm. However these times may differ during school holidays where we’re open for longer. Please note we’re closed between 24th – 26th December and New Year's Day.

After Booking
Booking confirmation
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a QR code for check-in. Please have this QR code ready upon arrival to ensure a swift check-in process. You can display the code on your smartphone or opt to print it out for easy access.

We can accommodate a range of dietary needs on our Guided Tour. This includes nut, soy, gluten, or dairy allergies, and a vegan diet. While we strive to offer alternative samples or dark chocolate substitutes whenever possible, please be aware that as we operate an open kitchen, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
