Yes, we offer a 20% discount off standard Guided Tours for English Heritage Membership holders. This discount code for online bookings is ‘engheritage20’. Available for walk up as well. Please make sure you have your English Heritage membership card with you for proof.

In order to qualify for our carers ticket, the carer must provide proof that they are named as the paid guest’s registered carer. Please read our terms and conditions for more information on which documents will be accepted as proof.

Yes! We accept both the York Pass and York VIP Pass for walk-in bookings only on our Classic Guided Tour. Tour slots are subject to availability on the day.

If you are a York resident you can get 30% off our tour tickets with Resident Sundays. This is only available on Sundays and you must present a valid photo ID to prove residency.
